Makes 6 Double Whammy’s
1 cups + 1TBSP all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
3/4 stick JeffThe420Chef’s Light Tasting Cannabutter, softened
¼ stick grass fed butter, softened
½ cup cane sugar
¼ cup packed dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
½ bag semi-sweet chocolate chips morsels
Vanilla Ice Cream
HOW TO MAKE IT
PREHEAT oven to 340° F
COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
CREAM both butters, cane sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large bowl until smooth. I
prefer to do this by hand but you can use a mixer and set it on “cream”.
ADD egg and blend until creamy and smooth
FOLD in flour mixture (go slow).
STIR in Chocolate Chips
DROP by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
BAKE for 11 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
ADD 1 scoop of ice cream and create sandwich with 2 cookies
Sprinkle ice cream with chocolate shaving and Voíla, you have a Double Whammy!
