Infused Lemonade AKA "Unicorn Piss"

When life gives you lemons, make infused lemonade! This recipe is super simple and one I have been using all my life to make lemonade, today we have added an extra twist, THC! This special lemonade is called “unicorn piss” a term coined by Tomm Regan. (@tommregan)

Kitchen Tools:

• Strainer

• Small saucepan

• Large pitcher

Ingredients:

• 10 lemons

• 1 1/2 cup infused sugar

• 1 cup water

• 8 cups water- set aside

• Ice

Steps:

1. Juice 10 lemons and strain to remove seeds, leaves, and pulp.

2. In a small saucepan combine sugar and one cup of water. Stir over low to medium heat until sugar is dissolved and you have a syrup. Set aside and let cool.

3. In a large pitcher add lemon juice, to syrup and mix.

4. Add remaining water and ice. Stir and Enjoy.

Served best cold with Ice.
