Make your own cannabis infused vegan potato chips in an hour! All you need is some potatoes, salt, pepper and of course your infused olive oil.

2 tablespoons of canna–olive oil
4 tablespoons light olive oil
12 large Fingerling potatoes, sliced thin on a mandolin slicer
Crushed black pepper
Preheat oven to 340ºF.
Line 2 large baking pans with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, drizzle the canna–olive oil mixture over sliced potatoes and toss well till evenly coated.
Arrange the potato slices on prepared baking sheets, spacing them ⅛ inch apart.
Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
Bake for 40 minutes, turning halfway through. Keep an eye on them to make sure they don't burn but remember you want them to get nice and crisp.
Remove when crisp, sprinkle with more salt and pepper, and serve.
